All of our suites are themed around various holiday destinations from around the world. Our aim is to ensure your fur baby has a better holiday than you do.

Our suites are made from the highest quality uPVC. They are manufactured from the same thermally efficient materials as modern windows, doors and conservatories. Each room is thermally insulated to keep the warm in and the cold out so that our guests stay warm in winter and cool in summer. This ensures our guests welfare is a priority.

Toughened glass is used where required. Door panels and safety corridors are made with paw safe mesh and multi-point locking access doors are used. Our rooms are completely compliant with the guidelines which relate to animal welfare standards, hygiene and materials required by the CIEH (Chartered Institute of Environmental Health)

Facilities
1. Underfloor heating – all of our suites are heated using a state of the underfloor heating system to provide consistent warmth throughout the suite. This is perfect for keeping your fur baby warm and cosy!
2. Climbing trees – Our high-quality climbing trees are located in our semi-outdoor exercise areas to provide extra stimulation for our guests. Some of our guests even like to snuggle up in one of raised hammocks or cat condos.
3. Wrought iron beds – Each of our enclosed sleeping areas has its own bespoke wrought iron bed. These are big enough for 2 guests to share, unless one of them is greedy and hogs all the covers
4. Toys – Our guests are afforded the use of a wide variety of toys. These range from laser pointers to cuddly toys which will keep them company through their stay.

Room Rates

1 Guest - £14 per day 2 Guests - £22 per day 3 Guests - £30 per day Interconnecting Rooms available for extra-large families. Price available on request. Check in and check out of guests is by appointment only during opening times, this is to ensure we can provide uninterrupted and individual attention to each special guest. However, we are flexible and will endeavour to accommodate you should these times prove difficult to adhere to. We welcome viewings prior to booking and request that you make an appointment for this. Please note only cats from the same family may share a suite. Full payment is required at time of departure. However, a 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. We accept cards, cash and bank transfers.

Days Charged

Day of arrival, day of departure and all days booked are charged. For very short stays, we have a minimum charge per booking (3 days). This allows for deep cleaning and sanitising between guests.

Vaccinations and Health

Our guest’s health is paramount. All guests must have current vaccination certificates for cat flu and feline enteritis. Certificates will be requested on arrival, we regret we cannot accept guests without these vaccinations. Please also ensure flea and worming treatments are up to date.

Medication

We are happy to administer medication for our guests. Please let us know of any special needs or dietary requirements at time of booking.
