We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback and participate in competitions.

When submitting an enquiry form we will collect your name and email address. You may submit your telephone number, cat(s) name(s), dates required for booking and any other details.

If you send us a private or direct message via social media the message will be stored on our account. It will not be shared with any other organisations.


We may also monitor customer traffic patterns and site use which enables us to improve our service. Our site may record your IP address at the time of visiting. When someone visits our website we may use a third party service to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns.
